Shipping

How long does it take for my order to ship?

We do our best to ship within 48 hours, however,  some items may take up to a week to ship.  Please allow 7 to 10 business days.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs differ depending on where the order is being shipped to, the speed of delivery chosen by the buyer, and the size and weight of the items being shipped. Delivery options and pricing are custom calculated for each order at checkout. ***Please note that any "free shipping" options are shipped with the most cost effective option and is typically a slower service than an expedited service. If speed of delivery is important please consider upgrading your shipping service.*** 

Is there free shipping?

We offer free shipping always for orders over $150.  Also, we offer promotions from time to time. Some online offers may exclude free shipping. ***Please note that any "free shipping" options are shipped with the most cost effective option and is typically a slower service than an expedited service. How will my order be shipped?

All orders will be fulfilled by UPS or USPS. Customers will be emailed tracking information as soon as their order has been shipped. ***Please note that any "free shipping" options are shipped with the most cost effective option and is typically a slower service than an expedited service. Returns

Can my order be returned?

Due to Covid19 we're trying to handle all of our customers with care.  Returns/exchanges will be accepted on items over $755 days after delivery date only.  All items must be unworn and in original packaging.  Items with smell or worn will not be excepted.

When will I get my refund?

Once the return is processed, you will be granted an online store credit equal to the amount of item(s) returned.  We do not offer cash or money back refunds at this time. 

Do you pay return shipping cost?

We do not currently cover return shipping costs. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
